$475 - Two hours of unlimited hot cocoa catering for up to 50 people. Additional hours of service are available at $100/hour. Planning on having more guests? See Add-Ons, below.

Customizations

Custom Cups or Sleeves

We’ll customize your cups or sleeves with your business logo, the lucky couple’s names, or anything else you want! Pricing depends on quantity -- inquire for a custom quote. 

Holiday Fee

If the event falls on a federally recognized holiday, an additional fee of $100 will be applied. 

Power

If on-site power (two standard 15A receptacles, on separate circuits) is not available, we will have to supply our own power using battery banks. This is only available for outdoor events. An additional fee of $50/hour will apply. 

Travel

An additional fee of $2.50/mile will be added for events more than 25 miles away from Bozeman, MT. If overnight lodging is required, additional fees may apply. 

Alternative Packages

The BIG Iced Latte

$75 - 200 oz ICED Flavored Latte of your choice, in a self-serve dispenser. Serves 15-30 guests. This is a great option for birthdays, bachelorette parties, baby showers, etc!

2.75gal Insulated Brewed Coffee

$80 - 2.75gal freshly brewed Single-Origin coffee of your choice, in a self-serve dispenser. Serves 25-40 guests. This is a great option for offices and business events!

2.75gal Insulated Hot Cocoa

$100 - 2.75gal freshly crafted hot cocoa, made with imported French cocoa powder, in a self-serve dispenser. Serves 25-40 guests. This is a great option for offices and business events!

Barista Bootcamp

$750 - Two hours of interactive coffee demonstrations, where you’ll learn about the origins and processing methods of coffee, how to pull an espresso shot, and how to steam milk. Up to 15 guests; additional guests or event time available for an extra fee.

Terms

La Camionnette Coffee requires a 50% non-refundable deposit for all events over $100, as well as a signed invoice & rental contract to secure the event date. This deposit is applied to the balance, which is due one week before the event. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. 


If you need to reschedule or cancel your event, please provide us with at least two weeks notice. We may be able to restitute a portion of your deposit in La Camionnette Coffee gift cards. 


18% gratuity will automatically be added to all orders over $200. Additional tips to baristas are appreciated but never expected.
